What is the benefit of using SMS over phone calls?
What happens if the recipient's phone is off, taking a call or diverted? Phones that are turned off will receive SMS messages when the phone is turned on in a mobile network. If the phone is in a call, the user will be alerted and the message will be stored in the phone's memory. Am I required to go on a contract term? Are there any ongoing subcription costs? How do I purchase Message Credits? Select the number of credits you wish to purchase and follow the prompts. Registered Australian businesses can also pay by direct bank transfer or cheque, once funds are cleared. Bank details are provided to registered users. What if I don't have a credit card? Contact us via email (sales@smsmessage.com.au) with the specified amount and we will contact you to arrange a funds transfer. Is the service secure? All users are verified against security information relating to the user and users credit card. For amounts higher than $500, contact us via email (support@smsbullet.com.au) with the specified amount and we will contact you to make the relevant arrangements. What is the difference between the Premium grade and the Standard grade Package? Premium grade SMSmessage service uses Australian carriers. Standard grade SMSmessage service uses International routing. The Premium grade SMSmessage service is a bit more expensive than internationally originated SMS. However, there may be delays in messages being received by recipients, as the service uses internatioanl networks with the Standard Service: How long does it take for the recipient to receive a message? With the Premium service it is typically anywhere from 4 - 10 secs and can vary depending on the volume of SMS messages being sent and how busy the servers are. What can I use the SMSmessage service for?
What is Premium SMS? Premium SMS is SMS that you pay a premium for above the standard SMS fee. Premium SMS can be used as a billing system or it can be used to deliver user pay services via SMS. I am not in Australia. Can I still use the service? We currently only offer our service to Australian users.
